I’m usually ridiculously frustrated with delivery companies but felt compelled to write a positive review after todays experience. My item was delivered on time (and to the right address which doesn’t always happen!) but after the driver took the delivery photo he very kindly bent down and picked it up and handed it to me. At 32 weeks pregnant I was hugely appreciative of not having to bend down myself and was impressed with this courteous touch.

Alpha mail delivery delivered a guitar for me. Obviously something you want treated carefully. It was in perfect condition on arrival. I was kept informed every step of the way and it arrived precisely when they said it would. We are rural and very difficult to find, but they didn’t give up and rang for directions.
